瑞安韦伯是一名指挥家、长号手和教育家，来自明尼苏达州的贝米吉。 他获得了加州大学欧文分校长号演奏音乐学士学位，师从David Stetson，以及堪萨斯大学长号演奏音乐硕士学位，师从Michael Davidson博士。 额外的长号研究已完成与格雷姆·穆切勒，迈克尔·霍夫曼，和吉姆·卡夫博士。 Professor Webber has studied conducting with Dr. Mathias Elmer, Dr. Kevin Sütterlin, Dr. Paul Popiel, and Dr. Stephen Tucker.

韦伯教授自2017年以来一直在十大外围足彩排行榜任教。 他目前教应用低铜管，低铜管方法，并指导交响乐队，长号合唱团，和活力乐队。 He served as assistant conductor for BSU Opera productions of 彭赞斯的海盗 in 2018 and is the music director for the Fall 2021 production of 《老处女与小偷.
