转学分上诉
如果您的转学分评估结果为未转课程，或仅作为普通或技术选修课转课程（因此未用于您的专业或核心课程要求），您有三次上诉机会。
First Appeal – Department Review
- Download the 替代/转学课程等效性 form and follow the instructions to obtain the necessary signatures.
- 根据表格上的指示，将填妥的表格交回BSU记录办公室。 考虑到您的要求，可能需要额外的信息，包括课程大纲，详细的课程描述，大纲，阅读清单，使用的文本等，如果以前没有提供。

Second Appeal – Academic Affairs Review

Third Appeal – MinnState System Office Review
If you are unsatisfied with the Dean’s decision, you have the 上诉权 to the Senior Vice Chancellor of Academic and Student Affairs of the 明尼苏达州 Colleges and University System. See Part 7, Subpart B for 明尼苏达州’s System Level Appeals Process.
